Anytime Fitness

Today I will share how I plan on staying in shape with a busy schedule. The most challenging part in life is balancing my time. Being that I work full time and have two boys can be quite the challenge already. I recently took on blogging in August of this year too. Talk about a busy schedule, yes it can get stressful. Working out is a way to release all that stress and feel a lot better throughout the day! Not only do I feel good about myself, but I feel a lot more energized. This is why I'm sharing Anytime Fitness. This Gym is open 24/7 and they give you a Fitness Consultation to help get you on track. For me, I personally try to workout 2-3 days out of the week. I mostly do it on my days off and maybe one work day. This is how I balance my workout schedule, now do the same for yourself.
For one week (Jan 2-6) Join an Anytime Fitness club for just $1 and receive a free consultation and 30 day fitness plan. Offer applies at participating locations only. They have over 3000 locations, find a gym near you! This is a great way to start setting goals for 2017!

The best time for me to workout are on in the mornings. It wakes me up and I feel ready to take on the day. Be sure to stretch your muscles and warm them up before starting any kind of exercise.

A morning walk is a great way to start to get in shape and make a transition to making it a daily routine.

Making a music playlist to keep you motivated through out your work out is a must for me.

Thank you to Anytime Fitness for helping me get on track!

THANK YOU so much for allowing me to be me!

XOXO,

New Year's Eve Look

This look would be perfect for a New Year's Eve Party. I can't believe there is only 13 days left of this year. I have grown and learned so much as a person this year. I started my Instagram page a little over two years ago. I never saw myself having a blog and here I am doing what I love to do. This year in January one of my pictures was featured on the Wendy Williams show, I was super excited to see my name on T.V.  In April I got to meet The Bachelors in L.A including Nick Viall! Life is full of surprises. In July I got invited to my first red carpet event in L.A, I took one of my friends with me and we had an AMAZING time. We even got to hike to the HOLLYWOOD sign which was something that was on my bucket list. By October, I did my first solo trip to Nashvillle and met a group of my amazing Insta friends. It was an awesome experience to meet a group of ladies who share the same passion for Fashion like I do. I just wanted to share how AMAZING this year has been for me. Thank you so much for all the support and following along.

My lace up sweater is from Sammy Dress and I love that you can dress it up or dress it down. It's currently on sale for under $20. My sequins leggings are from Viva La Jewels and also come in black. This outfit is comfy but also perfect for a New Year's Eve party.

My watch is from Wristology Watches, and I absolutely love that it has interchangeable straps. They have a variety of different colors straps to choose from. This watch company is amazing because you can build your own watch starting with your choice of frame. I choose the "Olivia Scalloped Rose Gold Face" because of the scallop details. The frame is only $33 and the leather straps are $20. I love the idea of being able to change the straps to a different color instead of buying a new watch with the same frame but different color strap. This makes a great Christmas gift or Valentines gift too. Use code "GVERA10" to get 10% off your purchase.

HOLIDAY PARTY DRESS

Hope you all are enjoying the holiday season! As Christmas starts to get closer, and you get invited to parties, I'm bringing you a holiday look with Chicwish! I picked out a red dress that has pretty lace details on it. I'm also going to share a clutch that is perfect to store your makeup in with Dollup Beauty.

When I first saw this Full Flower Cut Off-shoulder Red Dress on CHICWISH I knew I had to have it. I love that it is red and the lace details on it are my favorite. It runs TTS, I'm wearing an XS for size reference. For a limited time Chicwish is taking an EXTRA 20% OFF your purchase with code: "XMAS20" which ends Decmenber 20th.

Let's talk about my DOLLUP MAKEUP CASE, I don't normally keep my makeup organize. I used to just toss it in my bag and left the house. Not anymore, now I have this makeup case where I can keep all my makeup organized. I choose the "SUGARCUBE WHITE" because it goes with everything. It also comes METALLIC BERRY, MINTEA BLUE, SANDY NUDE, and JETSET BLACK. As you can see in the picture it comes with a mirror incase you need to touch up your makeup on-the-go. They also carry their own makeup and it has a space for everything. Here are some tips on how to organize your own DOLLUP MAKEUP CASE:

You can also purchase your DOLLUP MAKEUP CASE through AMAZON! These also make great Christmas gifts.

These BAUBLEBAR earring went perfect with this dress. I purchased mine at Nordstrom under the "Aurora Tassel Drop Earring"  and they are only $36! I definitely see myself wearing them again. If you been following me on my Instagram @gverastyle for a while than you know I am a big fan of Kendra Scott. My necklace comes in 21 color options and I went with the Elisa Gold Pendant Necklace in Iridescent Drusy.

Christmas Tree Picking

This was our second year taking the boys to pick out a Christmas Tree at the farm. It makes this time of the year so much more fun and we get to make great memories with our kids. We usually make a day out of it and pack our lunch so that we can have a picnic. We sure picked out a day where it was sunny so that we could take our time picking out a Christmas Tree. It's fun to let the boys be part of the experience and run around in search for the perfect Tree. The best part of the tree is decorating it and I love the way it makes my house smell. If you live in Northern California, you have to check out Davis Ranch L.L.C. near Sacramento.

My boys were measuring all the trees to make sure Mommy and Daddy wouldn't pick out a Griswold Christmas Tree! The Reindeer beanies and Sweaters are both from Target.

Let's talk about my 'Tour' Packable Rain Boots vs the "Original Hunter Boots." I own the original pair of Hunters boots and I don't wear them as much as I would like to because they are heavy. Not the most comfortable boots to walk in. I love the Tour Packable Rain Boots because they are much lighter and easier to walk in. I normally wear a size 6 in shoes and these definitely run TTS.  I also got the matte red because I already own the black glossy ones. These were perfect for Christmas Tree picking. My Leopard Poppy Clips are the perfect accessory for Hunters. You can get 15% off and free shipping with code "MERRY" at Poppy Clips!
